1. What is XERF

XERF is a monopolar radiofrequency skin-tightening device from Cynosure Lutronic, and the first multi-frequency monopolar RF device, with more than 1,000 systems installed worldwide. It is not a laser, uses no needles and does not damage the skin surface.

2. How it works

Each XERF pulse delivers two frequencies at once, 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz. The higher frequency works in the shallower dermis, while the lower frequency reaches deeper tissue. The heat contracts existing collagen fibres and stimulates new collagen over time. Your practitioner can choose shallow, middle or deep settings and 10 intensity levels to tailor each area.

Aftercare
